These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on nineteenproduction.com (the “Website”) between you as the customer and the company set out below. By placing an order you accept these Terms, so please read them carefully.

2. about our products

Every product sold on the Website is a made-to-order, personalised item produced on demand based on the choices and print you specify. Each item is manufactured individually for you, and production only begins after your order has been placed.

3. orders and formation of contract

A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your order by sending an order confirmation to your email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example in the event of incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, or where uploaded print material breaches section 9 below. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when ordering is correct, including your delivery address and contact details.

Age requirement. To shop with us you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have your guardian’s consent before making a purchase, in accordance with the Swedish Children and Parents Code (föräldrabalken).

4. prices, currency and vat

Prices are shown on the Website in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euro (EUR). You can choose to view prices including or excluding VAT, and the VAT rate applied is based on your location and applicable tax rules.

All prices are stated in the currency and VAT display mode shown at the time of ordering. Any shipping costs are added and clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The total amount payable is always displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing and typographical errors and to change prices and product availability.

5. payment

Payments are handled through Svea Payments. The following payment options are available:

  • The payment methods offered by Svea Payments at checkout
  • Invoice

Invoice payments are subject to Svea’s terms in force from time to time, which you accept separately at checkout. Svea may carry out a credit assessment for invoice purchases.

6. delivery and shipping

Shipping costs depend on what you order and are calculated and shown at checkout before your purchase is completed.

Because items are made to order, production time applies in addition to delivery time. The lead time for each product is shown on the Website. In addition to production time, standard shipping normally takes around 3–5 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control (see section 10).

The carrier used varies depending on the product and destination and may be, for example, UPS, DHL, PostNord, Bring or FedEx. We deliver throughout the EU.

If a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

7. no right of withdrawal for made-to-order goods

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or that are clearly personalised.

As all of our products are made to order and personalised, they fall within this exemption. This means that you cannot cancel your purchase or return the item once production has started, except where the item is faulty under section 8.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.

8. faulty goods and complaints (reklamation)

The exemption from the right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). If an item is faulty, you are entitled to make a complaint. Faults covered include, for example:

  • Transit damage – the item arrives damaged as a result of delivery.
  • Manufacturing defect – the item has a fault arising in production.
  • Print or customization error – the finished print differs from what you ordered.
  • Wrong item – you receive a different product than the one ordered.

Your rights when an item is faulty:

  • Report the fault within a reasonable time of discovering it, or of when you ought to have discovered it. A complaint made within two months of discovery is always considered timely.
  • The right to complain applies for up to three years from the date you received the item.
  • For a valid complaint, we will repair the fault, provide a replacement, or offer a price reduction/refund in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. We cover the shipping cost for valid complaints.

Please contact us at hello@nineteenproduction.com, describing the fault. Include photos and your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Please note that deviations caused by your own uploaded print material (for example low resolution or a design you approved) do not constitute a fault in the item.

9. customer print material and intellectual property

When you upload or select material for printing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights (such as copyright or trademarks) or otherwise breach any law.

You warrant that the material does not contain any unlawful, offensive, threatening, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse any order whose content we consider to breach this section, without stating reasons.

You retain your rights to your own material. By placing an order, you grant us the rights needed to manufacture and deliver your product. You agree to hold Apparel Value Sweden AB harmless against third-party claims arising from the material you have provided.

10. force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: supplier delays, shortages of raw materials, disruptions in the supply chain, transport and logistics failures, machinery or equipment breakdowns, fire, flood, severe weather, natural disasters, war, riots, civil unrest, strikes or other labour disputes, pandemics, government measures, and power, internet or telecommunications outages.

In such cases we may either suspend performance for the duration of the event or, where the event is prolonged, cancel the affected part of the order and refund any amount paid for it.

11. governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies to purchases made on the Website. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you reside.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may as a consumer refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN’s recommendations.

You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

12. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms that apply to your purchase are those published at the time your order is placed.

13. language

These Terms are available in Swedish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Swedish version prevails.
