This Privacy Policy explains how Apparel Value Sweden AB collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit nineteenproduction.com (the “Website”) and shop with us. All processing is carried out in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. what personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the Website, we may process the following data:
- Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
- Order data: what you have ordered, order number, order history, and the print material/design you uploaded or selected.
- Payment data: information needed to process payment. Card numbers themselves are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us, for example customer service enquiries or complaints.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and data collected via cookies (see section 6).

4. how long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:
- Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the purchase and handle any complaints (up to three years after purchase).
- Accounting records are kept for seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act.
- Customer communications are deleted once the matter is closed and there is no longer a reason to keep them.
- Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
5. who we share your data with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run our business, and only to the extent needed. These parties are data processors that process the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Payment provider: Svea Payments – to handle payment and invoicing.
- Carrier(s): to deliver your order. The carrier used varies depending on the product and destination and may be, for example, UPS, DHL, PostNord, Bring or FedEx.
- Production/printing: an external production and printing partner that manufactures and finishes your order.
- Hosting/server operation: Supabase, where the Website’s data is stored.
- Email/newsletter: Mailchimp, for sending newsletters and marketing emails (where you have consented to receive them).
We may also disclose data to public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
6. cookies
The Website currently uses only essential cookies, which are required for the Website to function correctly – for example so that the checkout and login work. We do not currently use any analytics or marketing tools and do not set any cookies for statistics or marketing.
If we introduce such tools in the future (for example web analytics), we will update this Policy, set such cookies only after obtaining your consent via our cookie banner, and you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time.
7. transfers outside the eu/eea
Some of our providers may process personal data outside the EU/EEA. This includes Mailchimp, which is operated from the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we ensure the transfer is made with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we process about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”), where there is no legal obligation to retain it.
- Restrict processing in certain cases.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to direct marketing.
- Data portability – receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
